Award to short film about Taybet İnan

ISTANBUL – The short film named “7 roj 7 şev” (7 days, 7 nights) about Taybet İnan, who was killed during the curfew declared in Silopi district, has been awarded the second-best film prize at the 7th EU Human Rights Film Festival.
Taybet İnan was shot to death by police during the curfew declared in Silopi district of Şırnak province and her dead body remained on the streets for seven days. The short film named “7 roj 7 şev” (7 days, 7 nights) about her has been awarded the second film prize at the 7th EU Human Rights Film Festival.
The short film by Ali Bozan was also awarded the “2nd prize at the 3rd Marmaris International Short Film Festival in Best Feature Film category.
