ANKARA – Police attacked “We want our jobs back” action continuing for 370 days on Yüksel Avenue and detained three people.

 

As the hunger strike launched by academic Nuriye Gülmen and teacher Semih Özakça, who were dismissed from their duties by emergency decrees has entered in its 250th day, the “We want our jobs back” action has entered in its 370th day.

 

Today, the protesters wanted to make a statement and they gathered in the Konur Street. Police didn’t allow the protesters to go to the Human Rights Monument. Police attacked the protesters and detained three of them.
