DİYARBAKIR - In Bismil district of Diyarbakır province, it was revealed that Sevgil Fidan lost her life after the violence she was subjected to by her brother Nihat Fidan.

 

It was revealed that Sevgil Fidan, who lives in Başaklı (Hüceti) village in the Bismil district of Diyarbakır, was subjected to violence by her brother Nihat Fidan on May 13 and an unidentified person there attacked Sevgil Fidan together with Nihat Fidan.

 

According to the information given by the witnesses, it was stated that after the violence she was subjected to, her condition worsened and she was taken to the Bismil State Hospital, and the healthcare professionals here said, "The situation is severe, you need to take her to a hospital in Diyarbakır." However, it was stated that Sevgil was brought back to the village without treatment by her relatives.

 

It was noted that the next day, as the condition of her worsened, she was brought to a hospital in Diyarbakır and taken to the intensive care unit and died yesterday.

 

The funeral of Sevgil was taken from the hospital morgue yesterday by her family and brought to the village of Başaklı (Hüceti) and buried.

 

On the other hand, it was stated that an investigation was initiated on the incident, but the gendarmerie teams came to the village on the day of the incident, those who attacked to Sevgil were detained, and then the whole of them was released by calling it "an inter-family fight". Nihat Fidan, who allegedly killed Sevgil, has not been reached, and the gendarmerie has been on guard in the village since yesterday.
