URFA - Emine and Ferit Şenyaşar shared "Everything is obvious but there is no law and justice" with an image taken from the garden of Suruç State Hospital where their relatives were killed.

 

Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attacks before the general elections of June 24, 2018, in Urfa's Suruç district, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar demanded "justice" in front of the Urfa Courthouse since March 9. The action they started continues on its 65th day. The family has been continuing their action in their home, in Suruç since April 30 due to the curfews.

 

‘No law and justice’

 

The family shared a footage taken from the Suruç State Hospital garden on the day of the attack on their social media account. Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca, Minister of Justice Abdulhamit Gül and the Presidency official Twitter accounts were tagged, saying: "The year 2018 was an eve. Location: Suruç State Hospital. Three of our people were killed in the hospital. Today is 2021 eve day. There is still a confidentiality order on the case file. Everything is obvious but there is no law and justice."

 

In the video in question, stated: "Date 14.06.2018 Location: Not Palestine. Israel has never attacked hospitals. This is the Suruç State Hospital. It is MP Yıldız and his family who made the attack. When the confidentiality decision is lifted, we will share the images inside. Nothing should be kept secret. We want an impartial and effective investigation. We just want justice."

In the video, it is seen that dozens of people, as well as riot police, walk away from the hospital where intense gunfire is heard.
