DİYARBAKIR - Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor made a statement, “one-type uniforms declared within the scope of statutory decree, were sent to Diyarbakır Prison”. After the statement, the photographs of one-type uniform was shared on social media.

 

Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor Kamil Erkut Güre made a statement about one-type uniform imposed on prisoners by statutory decree with law no.696 declared on December 24 2017 within the scope of emergency decree. Kamil said, “One-type uniforms declared by statutory decree were sent to Diyarbakır Prison. Regulations are being wating for practicing.” After the statement photographs of one-type uniform were shared on social.

 

Following statements were made for the detainees and the prisoners to wear gray colored clothing in the Decree:

 

 “‘Those who commit crimes of ‘attempting to eliminate Turkey Grand National Assembly by using force and violence or attempt to partially or completely block tasks of Turkey Grand National Assembly’, 'Armed rebellion against the Republic of Turkey',’ Assassination and actual attack on the President ' and detainee and prisoners, who found an organization due to the 'Crimes against the security of the state' and  ‘Crimes against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order’ will attend to the hearings wearing grey coveralls.”
