NEWS CENTER - Buildings were destroyed in many cities of Syria, which was shaken by the earthquake in Dilok and Mereş. According to the first statement, 111 people died.

 

An earthquake occurred at 04:17 in the morning in Mereş and Dilok (Antep). Hundreds of buildings were destroyed in the earthquake, which was felt strongly in the cities of Kurdistan, and thousands of people are still under the rubble. According to Boğaziçi University Kandilli Observatory and Earthquake Research Institute, 95 aftershocks occurred, the smallest of which was 2.3.

 

Syrian cities were also affected by the earthquake. Officials of the Ministry of Health of the Syrian Government announced that hundreds of buildings have been destroyed in the cities of Aleppo, Hama, Tertus and Latakia, 111 people have died and 516 people have been injured so far.
