DİYARBAKIR - DTK Co-chair Leyla Güven was sentenced to 11 years and 7 months in prison in the case where she was charged with "propagandizing for a terrorist organization".

 

The hearing of the lawsuit filed against Democratic Society Congress (DTK) Co-chair Leyla Güven for allegedly "making propaganda for a terrorist organization" in four separate speeches was held at Diyarbakır 9th High Criminal Court. Leyla made her defense by attending the hearing with SEGBİS from the prison where she was detained.

 

Announcing its decision after the defenses, the court sentenced Leyla to 11 years and 7 months in prison for allegedly "propagandizing for a terrorist organization" in 3 separate speeches.
