Apro Diril arrested again

ŞIRNAK - Suspect Apro Diril was arrested for the third time in the investigation conducted about the disappearance of Hurmüz and Şimoni Diril.
Apro Diril, who was detained on June 23 as part of the investigation about the disappearance of Hurmüz and Şimoni Diril, who were living in the Mehrî (Kovankaya) village of Şırnak’s Beytüşşebap district, was released on September 10. Apro Diril was arrested for the second time on October 2. Then he was released once again on November 1 by the Beytüşşebap Magistrates Court. Upon the objection of Beytüşşebap Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, Şırnak Magistrates Court issued an arrest warrant on the defendant again. The suspect was taken into custody and sent to jail.
What happened?
Hurmüz and Şimoni Diril, who lived in the village of Mehrî in Beytüşşebap district, disappeared on January 8, 2020. While Şimoni Diril’s body was found on the side of the Hezil Stream 70 days later, there has been no news from Hurmüz Diril for more than 600 days. Apro Diril, the only defendant of the file, has been arrested for the third time within the scope of the investigation carried out with the ‘’confidentiality’’ order regarding the disappearance of Hurmüz and Şimoni.
