URFA - Emine and Ferit Şenyaşar were detained before HDP Co-Chair Pervin Buldan’s visit to the city.

 

Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attacks, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the attack, set out to come to the courthouse in the morning to perform the 128th day of their vigil. Emine and Ferit, who were stopped by the police at the entrance of the city, were detained as part of an investigation launched against them on the grounds of "insulting a public official".

 

Pervin Buldan came to the city

 

While Emine and Ferit are being taken to the Urfa Provincial Police Department, a public meeting and visits by Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Co-Chair Pervin Buldan will take place in the city today. Previously, Emine and Ferit were taken into custody before Pervin Buldan visited the family on May 20. It was remarkable that the same thing happened again today.
