URFA - While the action of Emine and Ferit Şenyaşar, who were on the "justice" vigil, continued 113th day, it was learned that the prosecutor who deals with the file had changed.
Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attacks, and Ferit Şenyaşar, who was injured in the attack, started the vigil in front of the Urfa Courthouse, demanding "justice", on the 113th day. Emine and Ferit came to the courthouse garden in the early hours of the morning and wanted to enter the courthouse when the shift started. The police did not allow the family to enter the courthouse garden on the grounds that it was a decision of the prosecutor's office.
Eighth prosecutor
Reacting to being prevented from entering the garden, Emine and Ferit said: ‘’This is injustice.’’ On the other hand, it was learned that a total of eight prosecutors, three of whom were chief prosecutor, who conducted the investigation and handled the case, have changed so far.
The family shared the following on their social media account: ‘’Judges and prosecutors who destroy justice, see the laws as shackles, and act according to instructions by going behind the laws…One day you will need justice too...Everyone knows that there is an organized massacre in the hospital. We just want justice.’’
